Our hotel has 4 conference rooms for up to eighty participants (when combining rooms), which are equipped with up-to-date media and presentation technology. Rooms #1, #2 and #3 are air-conditioned.

Conference Room 1

Ca. 70 sq. m. / 750 sq. ft., air-conditioned, large window front facing the lobby, blackout curtains, capacity: up to 40 participants, 3 seating options.

Conference Room 2

Ca. 100 sq. m. / 1070 sq. ft., air-conditioned, capacity: up to 60 participants depending on kind of seating, 3 seating options.

Conference Room 3

Ca. 50 sq. m. / 540 sq. ft., air-conditioned, natural light, blackout curtains, capacity: up to25 participants, 3 seating options.

Conference Room 4

Ca. 38 sq. m. / 400 sq. ft., natural light, blackout curtains, 70“ LCD TV with access to HDMI.

Our Conference Rooms are equipped as follows:

  • Presentation board (pin board / magnetic board / white board) moveable on wall rails including 4 whiteboard markers;
  • Video projector and screen (2.2m X 3m / 7 ft. x 10 ft.);
  • Flipchart incl. flipchart paper and 4 markers;
  • Pin board (covered with paper on both sides and including pins);
  • Free of charge internet access.

  • Morning break including coffee, tea, soft pretzels and croissants with butter, jam or fruit salad with yoghurt or cheese/ham/sausage half-rolls;    
  • Afternoon break with coffee, tea, selection of pastries and fruit basket;
  • Free of charge parking on hotel parking lot.

Take a time-out any time during the business match to adjust tactics according to ever changing conditions.
